TGI Fridays Cebu’s New Look

After 40 days of renovation, TGI Fridays in Ayala Center Cebu has transformed into a modern American diner restaurant. Since it opened in November 2008, this is the first time TGI Fridays has undergone a face lift. The restaurant now boast modern interiors and spacious ambiance which is perfect for family gatherings or just a simple dinner with friends.

Diners will be welcomed with modern lines, modish disc ceiling, metal accents, pendant lights and wooden spindles and balusters. A modern seating and a U-shaped couches were also added for a more comfortable dinning experience. The walls were also filled with framed photographs of TGI Fridays’ history to retell the journey of Alan Stillman, the founder of the restaurant in the 60’s. Some of the photos also represent the mission statements that TGI Fridays carries with pride: excellence, commitment to serving good food and great service with a little dash of fun.

Speaking of fun, one of the highlights of the renovation is the bar area which features an indoor and outdoor seating. Here, guests can sit back, eat and drink their favorite cocktails or mocktails. Bartenders also entertain guests with their breathtaking bottle spinning and drink-flipping antics.

Of course people go to TGI Fridays to eat. During our visit we were served with the restaurants’ best sellers which became an instant favorite.

Caesar Salad
Caesar Salad (Lunch Php295, Regular Php475), romaine lettuce tossed with TGI Fridays’ Ceasar dressing, grated Parmesan cheese and croutons.
Beef Queso Dip
Beef Queso Dip (Php375), spicy beef chili queso topped with pico de gallo and fresh cilantro, served with warm chips.
Fridays Cheeseburger Sliders
Fridays Cheeseburger Sliders (Php 495), four charcoal-grilled all beef patties topped with caramelized onions and American Cheese served with crispy seasoned fries, chips and salsa.
Cajun Shrimp and Chicken Pasta
Cajun Shrimp and Chicken Pasta (Lunch 445, Regular Php695), fettuccine pasta n creamy spicy Alfredo sauce topped with chicken and shrimp sauteed with red bell peppers and Parmesan cheese.
Chicken Fingers
Chicken Fingers (Php 495), fried chicken tenders served with crispy seasoned fries in traditional or Cajun flavors and honey mustard dressing or Southwestern sour cream for dipping.
