Home to one of Cebu’s best tasting burgers and a proudly Cebuano brand is Flame It! Burgers and Sausages. It started its operation in 2002 and now serving Cebuanos more than a decade of juicy flame-grilled burgers, sausages and cheese steak sandwiches to name a few.
Flame It recently introduced new offerings to their menu and I was lucky to get invited to try them.
Crazy Fries in Cheesy, Chilli & Jalapeno and Sloppy variations. Crazy fries is a twist to your favorite side as it adds exciting toppings that will surely delight your taste buds.
Cheesy Fries, Php95. Potato fries coated with powdered cheese then smothered with melted cheddar and sprinkled with shredded cheese. If you like cheese, you’ll love this.
Chili & Jalepeno Fries, Php95. If you want some kick of spiciness to your french fries, try this one. Their special Flaming Lips Chili Oil will do the trick combined with Jalapeno bits. I’m glad there’s melted cheddar to balance the flavors because I’m not really into spicy food.
Sloppy Fries, Php145. Potato fries, twister fries, fried onion rings topped with extra creamy sauce, melted cheddar cheese and bacon bits.
Sampler Minis, Php128. 5 mini burgers in classic, cream cheese & garlic, bacon mushroom & cheese, chili con carne & cheese and garlic mayo. If you want to try the best selling flavors of Flame It burger, start with Sampler Minis.
Honey Mustard Chickn’ Crisp Fillet Burger, Php99. Herb-crusted chicken fillet in oatmeal buns with honey mustard, cheese and coleslaw. The chicken fillet is crispy and has a hint of herby taste. The honey mustard and coleslaw adds some sweetness and juiciness to this burger.
The Patriot Angus Burger, Php185. Flame-grilled Angus burger patty with caramelized onions, American cheese, tomato and lettuce in oatmeal buns served with potato fries. You can really taste the incredible quality of flavor and juiciness of the Angus beef patty. I also like how the caramelized onions add an interesting flavor to this burger.
Chicken Poppers, Php80. Deep fried chicken chunks with choice of honey mustard, garlic mayo or cheesy weezy dipping sauce.
