I can still remember when I first tried Siam back in 2010 when my boss from the US invited us for dinner. That was also my first try of Thai cuisine. My first impression with Thai food is that it’s pretty close to the flavors of Filipino dishes with a little bit of spiciness and richness in flavor.

I was lucky enough to be invited to try Siam’s new addition to their menu last September. I was greeted by a staff as I entered the restaurant with a warm “sawatdee krup” which is a Thai greeting for hello. We’ve also met Mr. Anthony Ballreich, the genius behind Siam. He warned us that there’s going to be a lot of new dishes that we’re going to try and we need to make our stomach ready.

So let’s start craving!
