I was recently got invited to the media dinner of Seven Days of UNO, a themed buffet concept which introduces new selections to UNO’s buffet spread. It was a Wednesday night and the buffet spread’s theme was Wednesday Asian Spices and Flairs, featuring the best dishes in Asia. Lechon, Peking Duck and homemade Dimsum prepared by Chinese Master Chef Lee were added on top of their regular buffet spread.
Seven Days of UNO covers all days of the week. On Mondays, indulge in mussels cooked in different ways and pair it with a free-flowing San Miguel beer dub as Monday Mussels Mania. Tuesdays feature a Spanish favorite and a specialty of Chef Jeff, the Paella, paired with free-flowing Sangria with Martes de Paella. Craving for chocolate? Head to UNO on Thursdays for an all-Cebuano chocolate buffet station with 50 Shades of Chocolate. It’s Tuna-licios Friday every Fridays at UNO and enjoy a variety of dishes cooked using tuna as the main ingredient. Reserve your Saturdays for grilled succulent meats with Saturday BBQ Fiesta. And cap your week with a lunch buffet and free-flowing Bloody Mary and Mojito with Mary Merry Sunday.
Seven Days of UNO’s featured dishes are added on top of the international buffet selection. There are several food stations and some of them are Filipino, Japanese, Chinese, Italian, Carving, Grilling and Desserts.
