Indian Cuisine Feast at Marco Polo Plaza Cebu

Marco Polo Plaza celebrates Diwali, India’s Festival of Lights through its Culinary Journeys series. From October 21-26, treat your self with India’s most celebrated cuisines as Marco Polo Plaza explore the rich cuisines of India.

Some of the Indian Cuisine’s included in the buffet are Lamb Rogan, Dal Makhani, Bhindi Do Pyaza, Fish Sarson Wali, Chicken Tandoori, Naan, Kachumba and Makhanwala.

Indian Cuisine also offer desserts with unique and interesting flavors, some of the Indian Desserts included on the dessert station are Zafrani Kaju Katli, Anarse Ki Goli, Badaam ki Barfee and Til ki Barfee.

Diwali is an ancient Hindu festival celebrated in autumn every year that signifies the victory of light over darkness. It is one of the grandest holidays in India and is celebrated with much festivity.

On October 23, the official beginning of Diwali, dine at Café Marco and enjoy entertainment featuring traditional Indian dances at the lobby. Experience this one of a kind Festival of Lights celebration brought to you by Marco Polo Plaza through the guidance of Diwali consultant Ms. Aditi Ahuja. She is an Indian artist and creative events consultant living in the Philippines.
