It provides the same cozy San Francisco pub vibe to the 21 and over crowd with that neighborhood feel and togetherness that Cebuanos are known for.
Cable Car Cebu will surely appeal to the night life taste of the Cebuanos. They bring crave-worth bar food as they retain the original menu from 21 years back such as their Cable Car Rice. The rice is a special mixture of stir fried rice with chicken adobo bits topped with scrambled eggs. Other appetizing delights are yet to be discovered by the Cebuanos.
Cable Car’s specialty drink, Furo Locco, is a must try. Furo Locco, as the name suggests, is a mix of 14 different liquors. Here’s a tip on how to drink it, finish the flaming shot first then the cocktail mix. I tried this drink and I’m glad my tolerance for alcohol is still high.
This bar is also tagged as the “Official Beer Pong Venue of the Philippines” so it is no wonder that its character comes in the form of a beer pong. They also have all sporting channels in HD television and a line up of talented home-grown DJs. The restaurant side of the business will be opening soon and is something to look forward to.
