There are many dining spots around Cebu City, and if you are looking for a affordable and good dining option, you should checkout Puso Bistro and Bar in Quest Hotel Cebu. They offer three dinner buffet themes under the Flavors by the Day series scheduled through out the week.
During my visit, I was able to experience their Asian Classics dinner buffet featuring dishes from all over Asia. The buffet spread features a wide array of Chinese, Korean, Thai, Japanese and Filipino cuisines.
Various food stations are setup around the dinning area. They have carving station, grilling station, noodle station, salad station, Japanese station and of course dessert stations.
Some of my favorites from the buffet spread are lechon belly, beef rendang, paella, chicken adobo, and their dessert section which features native kakanin.
Puso Bistro and Dinning area is very spacious and can accommodate a number of guests. The place is clean and the staff are very attentive.
Puso Bistro and Bar’s Asian Classics is scheduled on Fridays. On Sundays, Tuesdays and Thursdays it’s Barrio Fiesta featuring Filipino dishes. During Saturdays, Mondays and Wednesdays, it’s time for World’s Recipes featuring dishes from all over the world.
