Top Chef Season 8 and Top Chef All Stars participant, Chef Dale Talde, will be showcasing his unique culinary style by preparing notable Filipino dishes. A 5-course dinner menu and ala carte options will be available at Azure Beach Club in Crimson Resort & Spa Mactan on May 18 to 22 from 6pm to 10pm.
After his reality television stint, Chef Dale has made a big name for himself when he opened a restaurant and bar called Talde in Brooklyn, New York, Miami Beach and Jersey City with two other partners. Talde offers iconic Asian dishes fusion with American flavors and influences. His latest venture is a cookbook entitled Asian-American, where he shares the recipes that have made him famous, all told in his inimitable voice.
