Sinulog is just around the corner and Marco Polo Plaza Cebu has kicked off the celebration this year with Café Marco’s Culinary Journeys, Sugbusog 2016: Seafood Edition. The lobby of the hotel was decorated with festive ornaments and a giant mask as the centerpiece. Collection of Sto. Nino statues are also on display to show guests what Sinulog is truly all about.
The highlight of this year’s Sugbusog at Café Marco is seafood. A large selection of shrimps, prawns, clams, shellfishes, squids and fishes were added on the main course section of the buffet. Guests can pick their seafood and have it cooked the way they like it. You can have it grilled, fried and even cooked in soup.
Cebuano appetizers, main dishes and desserts were also added on top of the international buffet spread to make guests experience the rich cuisine of Cebu.
