Khana, a feast of Indian Cuisine at Cafe Marco

Marco Polo Plaza Cebu is once again celebrating Diwali, India’s Festival of lights. Because of the success of last year’s celebration, they are doing it again to cater more Indian food lovers in Cebu. This year’s Culinary Journeys’ theme is Khana which translates to Food in English. It aims to celebrate the rich and interesting flavors of the Indian cuisine.

Marco Polo Plaza Cebu’s culinary team was carefully supervised by Judeline Murjani. She is a Filipina married to an Indian national which taught her how to cook Indian dishes. Murjani also helped in choosing which Indian dishes to be served to Cafe Marco patrons.
