Prime cut refers to the best section or portion of the meat, and every Friday, meat lovers will surely enjoy the prime meat cut choices that is available in the carving station of the restaurant. For only Php1,650 net person, choose from USDA prime rib with your preferred sauce of red wine, hollandaise, blue cheese, rosemary or peppercorn, Cebuano lechon, slow roasted Australian lamb, Peking duck, salmon and roasted chicken. Yorkshire pudding, grilled corn and vegetables are also available for side dishes and will go perfectly with your meat selections. For every table of four, a complimentary bottle of red wine will be given to guests to enjoy their meat choices even more.
